Privacy

The Mantiqi has no accounts and sets no cookies.

On your device

Your progress, the madrasa path you chose, your practice answers, your choices for the theme, the transliteration, the vowel marks and the typeface, and the date of the newest news you have seen (to mark what is new) are kept in your browser's local storage. They never leave your device. Clearing your browser data removes them.

So that you can read offline, the site saves the course, the texts and the pages you have read in your browser's cache.

Visitor statistics

To see which pages are used, we count page views with Vercel Web Analytics. It uses no cookies, does not follow you to other sites, and does not store your IP address; visits are counted in aggregate only. The fonts are served from this site, so your browser does not contact Google or any other font service. The “Google Translate” buttons under the old texts send that passage to Google Translate only when you click them.

The contact form

What you write in the contact form (your name, email address, subject and message) is sent by email to info@themantiqi.com, through the mail service Resend, so that we can read and answer it. It is not stored on this site and not used for anything else.
